Sales Support & Marketing Co-ordinator – Competitive Salary – London

The Role

The UK’s leading post-production supplier is looking for a Sales Support & Marketing Co-ordinator to join their buzzing Sales Department. Based in Central London offices, the incoming Sales Support & Marketing Co-ordinator will support the Commercial Director by coordinating all necessary administration, scheduling, marketing, sales planning and lead management for the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking weekly sales action and follow up open tasks
  • Daily management of forecasting documents
  • Co-ordinating and preparing the monthly sales figures for the board report
  • Support the Sales team in chasing leads, quotes and market intelligence
  • Assist in handover of projects to post production ensuring only valid quotes are included as well as managing the open quotes within CETA
  • Implementation and daily management of the new CRM system
  • Sales reporting
  • Management of website and external communication including PR and social media
  • Client relationship building
  • Co-ordinating client meetings and events on behalf of the Sales team and/or Management team
