* Managing a phone based Central Acquisition team to exponentially grow FXIP business revenue across the small to mid-market segment in the UK
* Develop and implement sales strategies to build and maintain a strong and fast moving pipeline of prospects to deliver significant customer and revenue growth
* Coach, motivate and manage performance up to 7 Sales Managers to improve lead conversion rates, cold call skills, self generation mentality and overall productivity
* Provide strategic leadership and sales management expertise to sell the FX International Payment Proposition
* Develop strong internal working relationships e.g. Marketing, Partnerships and other Sales/Relationship management teams
* Recruit & retain talented sales team
* Manage team’s adherence to all compliance and control requirements

Required skills:

* Extensive experience of driving sales results
* Developed coaching skills to motivate and manage the team
* Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills, strong administrative, organizational and time management skills, strong business acumen backed up with commercial experience, entrepreneurial spirit, financial acumen and ability to drive and deliver results
* Technological self-sufficiency, able to present accurate sales forecasts and produce own documents, client presentations and spreadsheets
* Understanding of the B2B payment’s industry and Foreign Exchange an advantage
