Position Title: Salesforce Analyst

Market Group: Operations

Reports To: Salesforce Manager

As the Salesforce Analyst you will analyse business needs and define and guide the implementation of process and technology solutions to meet those needs. You will work with the business users to help improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Salesforce solution. You will be highly competent in facilitating structured requirements gathering workshops and documenting clear requirements. You’ll make sure changes you define will lead to the best solution. You’ll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Salesforce developers, leading solution design, acceptance testing, and the communication of changes. You will also provide support to the existing Salesforce.com user base.

Key Accountabilities:

* Gathers and documents business process and technology requirements by working with business stakeholders. Has expert knowledge of Centaur’s Salesforce solution and business processes, and defines requirements to enhance it in the best way possible.

* Works closely with the outsourced development partner to define and agree the right technical solution

* Completes acceptance testing of changes developed, involving others as appropriate, and approves them for deployment

* Communicates changes made to the user base, developing and rolling out training if appropriate

* Analysis of change requests and support incidents

* Identifying potential road blocks and overcoming these through solutions

* Assisting with the support of the solution post implementation

* Creating and presenting reports/findings, business cases and other project related requirements

* Consolidating, documenting and managing any change process within a project

* Works with Senior level stakeholders to ensure the business benefits are realised

* Assists in the day to day administration of the Salesforce CRM solution where necessary

Behaviours and Knowledge:

* 2+ Years Salesforce.com experience, including within a sales domain

* com ADM201 certification

* Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com functionality

* Salesforce administration/support experience

* Hands on Salesforce.com configuration experience

* 3+ years Business Analysis experience

* Strong experience of gathering business requirements

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Comfortable interacting with people in various levels of the organisation

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear understanding of change management functions and processes

* Experience of designing solutions for complex business systems

* A Media background would be advantageous
