We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Manager to lead a team of email marketing specialists with our roll-out and ongoing Salesforce Marketing Cloud road-map.

Key to the job will be partnering with various areas of the business to create customer journeys with a focus on acquisition, customer retention and driving loyalty, creating a dynamic and personalised approach. You’ll proactively continually review and implementing optimisations.
Key Performance Indicators will be agreed with marketing teams and other business areas. You’ll continue on your personal development with regular training from providers and other third parties.
• A passion for OMNI-channel marketing
• Excellent stakeholder management skills – relationship building and communication
• People management - you’ll have 3 direct reports
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud with advanced use of Salesforce Journey Builder
• Broader experience of Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, DMP, Advertising Studio or Social Studio would beneficial
• Experience of database campaign segmentation for use in personalised communications
• Data / Analytics experience, with proficient use of Google Analytics
• Formal marketing qualifications are desirable, but not essential
