Job Purpose
The Global Account Executive supports the Global Account Manager to deliver upon the needs of the customer accounts, and will take on some responsibility to manage agreements directly, whilst proactively supporting the Global Account Business Analyst in analysing and providing Management Information requirements. Co-ordination and relationship management with Central Office and the markets is required to ensure good communication with all stakeholders.

This is an S3 role.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
• Support the Global Account Manager to co-ordinate the global relationship with the customer up to the Director level.
• Support the performance of the markets to deliver Key Performance Indicators in terms of profit and volume.
• Support the Global Account Business Analyst in generation and analysis of reports for the customer accounts on a timely and accurate basis.
• Good communication and contact with customers and local markets to ensure co-ordination of activity.
• Support and manage projects where applicable to add value to the customer account and increase volume and profit to SCF.
• Manage the Global Account Business Analyst role to ensure effective delivery of Management Information to help develop the business.
• Good knowledge of the legal documentation regarding the accounts to ensure contractual terms are adhered to.
• The range of responsibilities mean the role will be partly Redhill based and will require significant international travel. Therefore the successful candidate must be based near an international airport and in regular commuting distance to Redhill.

Qualifications/Accreditations/Professional Membership & Level
o Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and motivate at all levels.
o Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
o Good computer skills (MS Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
o Excellent initiative and problem solving ability.
o Solid understanding of financial accounts and automotive KPIs.
o Account management experience.
o Excellent Sales Skills with a Captive Finance Company or Independent.
o Preferred, but not essential to have at least 3 years motor finance experience in a sales or marketing customer facing position.
o Focus on learning and self-development.

Other Requirements of the Role
• The job-holder must possess a full driving license.
• The position will require travel from time to time within UK and with the potential for extensive European travel.
• The role is at the level of S3 and therefore has benefits commensurate with the role including a fully expensed company car.
