The leading Technolgy company is looking for a SEM Manager/ Paid Search Manager to lead their Paid Search activity/strategy and significantly drive lead generation. This role will lead the companies Performance marketing strategy and be responsible for the Paid media strategy for the business. As well as supporting the Digital Marketing team with the execution of the digital marketing strategy. This is a forward-thinking position that needs a Paid Media Manager with an eye on Digital trends and technology and can drive lead generation for a fledgeling business.

As a SEM Manager/ Paid Search Manager you will join the wider Marketing team reporting directly to the Marketing Director and be responsible for:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for developing all Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies including creating, implementation, managing and tracking the optimisation of PPC campaigns across several search engines and markets.
  • You will be responsible for KPI reporting and delivering the best possible ROI.
  • Daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms.
  • Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with campaign goals.
  • Supporting the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly conduct keyword research, analysis and strategy.
  • Responsible for cost estimate and budget management.
  • Own Ad Copywriting and testing.
  • Administering web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience in SEM Marketing and worked for a fast-moving consumer-facing business.

The SEM Manager/ Paid Search Manager role requires the following experience:

  • Demonstrable passion for working in Paid Search
  • Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A data-driven, proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly Analytical. Strong knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • Confidence with the ability to connect with people and be a team player
  • Constant desire to learn & undertake new challenges
  • Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to understand & adjust to differences between geographies & cultures
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and hit the ground running
