Senior Account Manager, Yaxley -
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join an innovative team of ambitious individuals within an agency in Cambridgeshire. Working with clients both online and offline and across a variety of sectors, you will preferably have at least 3 years' experience of managing accounts, some of which will be previously working within an agency.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, as Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: development and management of accounts and client relationships; preparation and communication of project plans and schedules; assist in project management of online and offline campaigns, and having an understanding of the company to manage those projects effectively; creating briefs based on the needs of the client, and feeding these back to colleagues; attending client meetings and writing reports for client updates; and managing client expectations.
Due to our client's motivated development plan, they are ideally looking for a determined individual who is knowledgeable in all aspects of agency processes. Alongside this, you will need to have outstanding communication skills to assist in delivering engaging presentations that will nurture both new and existing accounts.
