Overall management and delivery of client projects whilst ensuring you are in frequent contact with clients and building strong and trusted relationships.
Providing support to the Account Director by helping to assist in the strategic positioning/planning of projects.
Attending/ leading client meetings and weekly update calls.
Proactively monitoring your project pipeline to ensure projects are on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Creating accurate brief presentations with the support of the Account Director as required.
To develop a thorough understanding of the clients' products, market positioning, competitors and USP.
To communicate effectively to ensure all parties involved in the projects are clear on the objective and marketing strategy.
You will be able to manage a variety of client requests, evaluate any complications, discuss them and mitigate them by coming up with potential solutions with the Account Director and sharing any learnings to the wider team.
Ensuring client approval and understanding at each stage of a project, proactively engaging with the client on a regular basis to identify new opportunities.
Identifying new opportunities and working with the Account Director to pitch and present.
Maintaining an up to date record of actual vs planned cost for budgets/forecast and discussing any potential anomalies with the client.
Supporting and reviewing specific projects/reports created by junior members of the team and providing guidance when required.
Assisting the Account Director in tracking the forecasts, highlighting any challenges and addressing these together.
Proactively managing the work of AM's and AE's to ensure they are working within budgets and on time.
2-4 years Pharma industry/ healthcare agency experience
Advertising agency experience desirable
Strong ability to use Microsoft packages
Excellent relationship management skills
Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects in one go
An understanding/awareness of the UK pharma industry (ABPI Code)
