As a team we are responsible for the Brand Management of many clients, and with more creative briefs and new business than ever before, our Client Services team needs a Senior Account Manager to work directly with one of our International clients.

 

You will manage and develop this key client, their briefs and projects, handle the day-to-day running of their account and provide strategic input to grow the agency. Delivering excellent Client service, you will build positive, longstanding and profitable relationships with our team internally as well as the many teams within the Client business, who will see you as their marketing resource/expert.

 

Key areas of responsibility:

 

·         Manage a diverse mix of marketing campaigns from start to finish, strategically, creatively, against objectives and including review of results

·         Proactive in maximising brand opportunities - the focus is on brand growth

·         Ongoing liaison with the client to provide solutions to all requirements

·         Ensure all elements of The Individual Agency are delivered with accuracy, to brief and at the highest quality The Individual Agency offers the great atmosphere of a small agency but with the thinking of a global player.

 

With a wide range of clients, this role seeks to find a Senior Account Manager who likes to travel, has a keen interest in all things Science and ideally has experience of both client and agency-side brand management.  Ideally you will hold a marketing related degree with proven experience of working either in an agency or Client side as Brand Manager.
