We're working with a super loyalty and rewards business based in Central London who work with clients in managing their loyalty and reward schemes. They have lovely offices in a great location and some top clients who they work with, so this role will suit someone from the world of insights management, partnership management, loyalty and reward scheme management and account management agency side.

  • You will be managing client accounts - analyzing data and insights to make decisions on how to manage rewards activities and campaigns
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis - ensuring that they are getting the best service and value for money for their schemes, incentives and plans
  • Providing creative campaign ideas to clients to ensure that they are maximising their offerings
  • Liaising with other team members to ensure plans and activities are carried out
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders at all times
  • Reporting back to team members and clients

To be successful you must come from a rewards, loyalty, partnerships background within an account handling capacity. You will be a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
