We are looking for a London or Munich based Sr. Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Freight team. This person will have the unique opportunity to help build a large-scale marketing engine for the team. The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, have a strong bias for action, and place a strong emphasis on delivering results. They will be a jack-of-all-trades, excited to work on a wide range of marketing projects: brand awareness, field marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation. They will have a strong business acumen, and be able to communicate to and manage stakeholders effectively. They will have proven quantitative skills, will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a changing and fast growing environment.
We are interested in candidates across a wide variety of industries including Blue Chip companies, innovative tech companies and top-tier consulting firms.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
· Develop detailed go-to-market strategies, working cross-functionality with teams in marketing, PR, product, program management, and other business teams
· Identify, manage and execute 3rd party partnership opportunities
· Develop, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns
· Develop marketing performance and spend dashboards – including an attribution model –, with key metrics for review with senior leadership and business teams
· Track and report on competitive landscape and industry trends

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar focus.
· 5+ years of relevant experience
· Experience and understanding of B2B marketing strategies for acquisition and engagement
· Proven track record of delivering results through project management
· Proven ability to leverage data and qualitative research to build business and investment cases
· Fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluent in German
· Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or similar marketing automation tools
· SQL/Python skills in data transformation, analysis, and optimization.
· MBA or advanced degree
