The
Enterprise Digital Member Experiences team within American Express is
responsible for deepening Cardmember engagement through our digital
experiences, with a primary focus on Membership mobile app, web, commerce and
push channels. The team’s mission is to dramatically increase digital
engagement and customer satisfaction through a combination of superior user
experience and compelling features and functionality. As part of the Enterprise
Digital and Analytics (EDA) team we have a collective focus on growing revenue
from our existing Member base. We have a global and Enterprise wide remit,
working closely with US and International marketing teams to deploy mobile,
web, commerce and push experiences to meet the growing needs of our Members
globally and across all lines of business.

The
successful candidate will join the Web Product Marketing and Content Strategy
team and will be responsible for growing Cardmember adoption and engagement
with the Amex Website through offering meaningful, relevant, and timely
content. Through close partnership with marketing, product, and data &
analytic teams, the Senior Analyst will be responsible on delivering the
end-to-end content and product marketing strategy across the Amex.com through
close partnership with local markets.

The
candidate should have experience in marketing through digital channels and/or a
background in digital products. The role will require a working understanding
of knowledge of marketing tools and treatments; familiarity with UX and Agile;
working across global markets; comfort with analytics and test and learn
methodologies; and the ability to partner well with teams including Global
Consumer and Commercial marketing teams.

Key
Responsibilities:

Partner with
marketing managers in local markets to test, optimize, and grow results across
Amex Web

*

Support for
product marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, new feature
launches, go-to-market strategies, drive-to-web campaigns, and site
training/education

*

Deliver
ongoing analytical and data-oriented insights to identify opportunities for
growth

*

Champion the
voice of the customer in bringing our experiences to life

*

Define
content best practice and provide consultancy to product and marketing teams

*

Work with
digital marketing agencies to develop content, as needed

*

Bring new
thinking and innovative digital marketing tactics to the forefront

Qualifications

To be considered for this position
you will need to have/be:

Comfort with
analytics and test & learn; ability to make impactful conclusions and
recommendations based on data

*

Comfort
working with and influencing teams virtually, across multiple time zones as
needed

*

Experience
in partnering with International teams (e.g. JAPA) is preferred

*

Innovative, creative thinker with
the ability to think outside the box

*

Positive attitude and desire to work
on a fast-paced, high performing team

*

Ability to identify and influence
delivery of tactical strategic initiatives

*

Familiarity with digital product
development is a plus
