Our client is a fresh, innovative FMCG business with brands that have high consumer appeal and a global footprint. They are looking for a commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager to facilitate the delivery of market share and profit growth via brand activation.
As Senior Brand Manager you will develop and implement the marketing strategy for the UK & Ireland, acting as the main interface with the commercial team to deliver excellence in execution. You will collaborate with the commercial team in regard to pricing and promotional strategy to ensure that financial KPI's are achieved. You will take ownership of the P&L for your brand, developing integrated brand campaigns that play a central role in shaping long term category and brand strategies that maximise revenue and share growth. You will also have direct line management responsibility for two people.
The ideal candidate will be as comfortable with commercial as they are creative and will have ideally held roles in trade marketing, category or sales in addition to brand marketing, An excellent track record of exceeding financial KPI' and an ability to identify opportunities and act upon them are as essential as having gained experienced in all areas of the marketing mix, especially NPD launch management; communication & media planning; activation & promotion execution, analysis and strategy development. The successful person will have the ability to navigate and deliver results in a matrix organisation, influencing and collaborating at all levels.
