As a world class drinks manufacturer with state of the art facilities we supply our products across the On and Off-Trade, looking to provide a complete category solution and delivering sustainable growth to our customers. Due to an exciting growth phase based on brand growth and NPD we require a Senior Brand Manager.
Working with the Marketing Controller and NPD Manager, you will frame and drive the UK marketing strategy across all channels identifying new propositions and developing new product launches. With two direct reports (one covering our own brands and one managing our third party) you will have day to day responsibility for the portfolio, taking responsibility for the brand and activity plans and with NPD develop new brands and propositions. In addition, as Senior Brand Manager, you will develop all consumer marketing activities - ATL, TTL and BTL communications including, print, digital, social, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with appropriate agencies including PR, Design, and Creative.
We’re ideally looking for candidates with a Business degree and CIM qualification and a demonstrable background in FMCG branded products. Due to the broad spectrum of the role we need fast paced, agile minded individuals keen to make their mark in our business and drive their own career forward in a leadership role. Lean and proactive as a business, but also highly people orientated and informal in our management structure, you will have the commercial acumen that gives you the gravitas when presenting both internally and externally to major multiples and On-Trade groups.
