This Senior Brand Manager role will see you lead the development of brand strategy for one of the UK's fastest growing brands and the fastest growing brand in its category. As the Senior Brand Manager you will lead a talented team of 3 to develop and deliver the UK brand and innovation plans. You will possess excellent leadership skills, working cross functionally to deliver distribution gains and optimise the execution of brand plans.

Collaboration: Ability to rally the organisation behind your brand visions, working collaboratively with other departments to bring your vision to life.
Marketing Mastery: You will have vast experience of developing brand marketing plans that include huge media spend, digital marketing and in-store marketing. Big, complex marketing budgets will be as familiar as developing expansive media plans.
Innovation: Skilled at connecting brand strategy to innovation plans, partnering with R&D on innovation master-planning.
People Development: You will be a born leader with excellent coaching, mentoring and people management and development skills.
Strategic: You will have excellent strategic ability, distilling brand priorities into simple frameworks that drive behaviour for a broad set of brand stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
Analytical: You will have an eye for detail, connecting data from diverse sets of information to form a clear story that drives actionable insights to move the brand forward. You will show excellent judgement, using your finely honed intuition to make timely and informed decisions.
The ideal candidate will be a high calibre brand marketer with at least 5-7 years experience gained in a branded, consumer goods business. You will be skilled at developing both short and long term brand strategy, managing media across multiple platforms, including TV and Digital. You will have an excellent working knowledge of the UK retail channel and will have a strong track record of growing brands. Your career will be on a fast track trajectory based on your performance and leadership qualities.
