Here’s a fresh and tasty opportunity to take on a Senior Brand Manager position in a business which has innovation at its very heart.

 

As part of the marketing team, you will lead and define the growth strategy, driving retail sales in the UK and internationally, constantly refreshing, rethinking and reinventing our products and the way we do things.

 

What’s the role?

  • Leading and driving growth through portfolio leadership
  • Building knowledge and insight into trends, competitors and consumers to shape innovation and respond to changing markets
  • Working cross-functionally to execute new launches
  • Creating activation plans, including packaging and assets

 

About you

  • Significant experience in brand marketing within an FMCG business
  • Track record of developing and delivering a long-term innovation pipeline as well as launching new propositions
  • Experience in the use of insight-led approaches and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and high standards of execution
  • A real foodie with a natural curiosity and consumer focus, with a keen eye for emerging trends
  • Strongly strategic mindset, a passion for insight and a truly collaborative nature
