Job Purpose: To support the Head of Marketing in planning, co-ordinating and executing integrated marketing plans and activities both on and offline in line with overall business strategies.
This is a key role within the business and involves a high level of organisation and strong communication skills. Experience of managing budgets and key elements of administration including reporting on marketing metrics is an essential component in this role.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support the drive and development of an integrated retention and acquisition marketing strategy and contribute to the development of long term campaigns
  • Manage the production and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast paced environment (Direct Mail, press advertising, E-marketing, online advertising, brochure production) with a mixture of in-house and external teams
  • Regular planning meetings and proposal development with the senior marketing team
  • Manage the brochure production schedule end to end and own all associated activity
  • Process and manage daily and weekly brochure and marketing requests and manage stock levels
  • Develop deep understanding of business area & market including perception of the business and key competitors
  • Support and lead campaigns with the digital team supporting activity across all digital channels including general UX and maintenance of brand standards on websites
  • Work closely alongside the product and commercial teams to ensure execution and communication of all promotional offers
  • Maximise all marketing initiatives with trade partner team
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business
  • To write clear and concise briefs for activity and collateral
  • Communicate marketing campaigns to internal departments and act as marketing point of liaison for business wide projects
  • Full understanding of the CRM database including data selection, reporting and targeting (Salesforce knowledge preferable)
  • Control of all invoices and input into budget
  • Delivery of campaigns on time and within budget with clear measurable outcomes
  • Visibility and contribution to development, delivery & reporting of KPI's by channel & campaign - email metrics, digital KPIs and ROI
  • Work with cross functional teams across the business including the support of training and reservations
  • Work with, and communicate clearly with external agencies and in-house teams, editing and proofing copy and assisting the production of campaign materials on brand in a timely manner
  • Involvement in supporting the PR function, press releases, event organisation and attendance
  • To live and breathe the brand and implement it into the heart of everything you do and to drive brand values through every piece of activity
Essential skills:
  • At least 3 years solid experience in a senior marketing position
  • Travel industry experience preferable
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to respond to decisions in a changing environment
  • Must be used to overseeing multiple campaigns - highly organised, focused and process driven
  • Good understanding of media and ATL advertising
  • Strong Commercial focus - numbers
  • Strong digital marketing experience
  • Good communication/relationship skills
