We are looking to recruit a Senior Campaign Executive to help drive brand awareness and growth for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Central London. This role requires a results-driven, organised, creative individual who can act as to support the Marketing Manager, in the day to day delivery of all marketing campaigns.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing engaging, innovative and results-oriented marketing campaigns, across a variety of multi-media channels (both offline and online).
  • Responsible for the execution and reporting of all marketing campaigns
  • Work with digital marketing and media agencies to develop and execute results-oriented campaigns
  • Work with the Creative Manager to produce content for a wide range of materials, channels and partnerships to elevate the brand.
  • Work with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client needs and help develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and new client acquisition.
  • Responsible for the management of the Marketing Analyst, supporting them in their day-to-day activities, which include managing marketing lists, reporting on campaign activities and general marketing MI.
  • Work with the Marketing Analyst to continually drive for improvements upon analytical success metrics and reporting.
  • Use analytical tools to inform decision-making such as resource allocation, budgets and channel mix to achieve commercial and strategic goals and ROI.
  • Analyse the results of launched initiatives and make proactive recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain efficient mechanisms for version control and the regulatory and legal compliance of content.

Qualifications:

Educated to degree or equivalent level in marketing, communications, public relations, media, advertising or another related field.

Experience

  • Must have a strong background n marketing gained within the Financial Services industry.
  • Must have strong project management skills.
  • Must have proven experience reporting on marketing activity and performance.
  • Proven experience of planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across both offline (print advertising/ events etc) and online (email, paid search, social etc).
  • Must have experience of managing agencies to execute marketing campaigns in a similar organisation.
  • Experience of working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems preferred.


Knowledge and skills

  • Must be a proactive, results driven individual.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Excellent understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Must be a creative problem-solver.
  • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Management and leadership - Must have a keen interest in motivating and developing members of the team as well as delegating and managing workloads.
  • Knowledge of key delivery systems including:
  • Adestra (Email marketing) or similar
  • Social Media Platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Hootsuite
  • Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Awin, Apple Search, Google Play
  • Google Analytics
