We're talking high volume, multi-channel, offer based campaigns targeting millions of customers. 5,000 of them a year, including 6 marquee events aligned to key retail calendar points each year. All powered by sophisticated segmentations targeting customers based on behaviours identified through their data.

It's okay, you're not going to be doing this all by yourself. As the Senior Campaign Manager you're going to be leading a team. There's 6 Campaign Managers reporting into you, handling the delivery with you overseeing it all, ensuring things are done properly, planning is in place, process is followed and results being achieved.
Your report line with be to the division's director. A member of the company's senior leadership team who oversees a large division which includes a delivery team, process improvement and research function too.
Fundamentally this is a marketing operations positions. Driving projects and action, overseeing the process and ensuring the right creative, content, offers, etc. are all embedded in campaigns, and driving the process forward into the Deployment team who ultimately execute the campaigns.
