Amazon is looking for a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Senior Marketing Campaign Manager. The role will act as the point of co-ordination for all Marketing activities, working alongside a Creative Marketing Manager, Media Marketing Manager and a Marketing Product manager- to ensure all Marketing initiatives go from brief to post campaign analysis with maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience in executing marketing campaigns working with cross-functional teams They will be adept in understanding all elements of the marketing discipline, in order to effectively manage subject matter experts in the delivery of initiatives. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.

Responsibilities:
· Project managing the end to end execution of marketing campaigns taking the initial brief and working with subject matter experts to deliver the activity
· Managing co-ordination and communications with all key cross functional stakeholders
· Owning the development and approval of any necessary business cases, working closely with Finance.
· Delivery and presentations of all post campaign analysis, learnings and supporting recommendations
· Leads on sourcing and implementation of best practice Marketing gathered from the broader Amazon Marketing eco-system

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns on time and within budget
· Excellent project management skills
· Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g product, PR, operations, finance, category managers)
· Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and build strong relationships
· Strong analytical skills, able to work closely with Business Insight and Finance teams to forecast and analyse business performance
· Relentlessly high standards with impeccable attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· A good understanding of the full media mix, offline and online
· Experience in utilising project management tools
· Understanding of Marketing measurement methodologies such as Econometric Models etc
· Understanding of testing methodologies i.e Synthetic pairing , Multivariate testing etc
