Central London, £37- £40,000 + good benefits

Amazing Client Partnerships Manager role, a rare  account/ client management opportunity with an inspired Social Enterprise. This organisations works with potential employers and the education sector to enhance employment opportunities for overlooked, diverse talent. Your role as a Senior Partnerships Manager, leading a team of 2, will be to build and nurture exceptional relationships with top corporate clients across a range of sectors.

Are you constantly curious about your clients and love to rise to the challenge of delivering  revenue targets against tight timelines and budgets? Can you lead from the front with a passion to create and grow relationships that help improve diversity, inclusivity and belonging in the workplace?

Working closely with the Marketing team, you will  proactively engage corporate clients in this organisations work, ensuring you are embedded in their recruitment and CSR goals. Utilising your line management and leadership expertise, you will manage multiple relationships, understand stakeholder needs and share best practise, internally and externally.

To take on this influential Senior Partnerships Manager role, you'll have proven success of client/ account management of corporate clients,  ideally engaging with HR and CSR teams and be keen to work within a social enterprise (this is important - everyone in the group is very much there for the cause).  In return you will join a respectful, creative culture that really cares for their employees and of course their cause.
