Great client relationship opportunity within one of the world's top law firms, a multi-award winner! You'll be offering client service advice to partners and client teams for the firm's Real Estate Key Account programme, putting client needs at the heart of the business and equipping partners and staff with best practice support. As such you'll also work closely with the marketing and business development team, offering client feedback, advanced account management and strategic planning as well as integrating the use of knowledge and insight thought leadership into the account management process. Broadly then the role consists of reporting, dealing with client feedback, drafting emails/internal communications and providing strategy for partners, plus organising events, pitches and internal meetings. There is a global element as the firms Real Estate clients are based in the UK and USA. Ideal is a background in BD, marketing and/or account management from the professional services sector (Real Estate knowledge is an additional advantage).
