Senior Communications Manager
Our client is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people with a learning disability and employing around 3000 staff. Operationally, they have been and continue to be innovative in recognising and championing good support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Their efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages.
Position: Senior Communications Manager (Brand & Marketing)
Location: Central Support Service, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £34,908 per annum

About the role:
Are you looking for a new challenge? They are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketer to join their busy team.
As a senior member of the Communications and Marketing team you will work closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing to champion our client's brand and devise an integrated marketing strategy which supports the charity’s strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for directing and coordinating the teams’ content generation strategy and will work closely with the PR and Digital Communication team to generate compelling and motivational content for our client's external campaigns.
They’re looking for a manager who has a real passion and enthusiasm for brand and marketing. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders across the charity to explain the benefits of a strategic marketing approach and how to use our client’s brand effectively.
This is an exciting and evolving role that involves working strategically across the team with responsibility for brand development, design and creation of marketing materials, photo and video production, through to event and budget management. The ability to lead others while working under pressure and prioritising a demanding workload is essential.
