A leading international law firm are looking for an experienced client relationship specialist for a global role that will lead on strategic client projects.
The successful applicant will be a key player in the delivery of the firm's ambition to deliver an exceptional client experience and will have the opportunity to work on challenging, engaging work that will give the role holder the opportunity to make their mark and progress their career. You will work closely with the firm's CMO, Head of Client Service, Head of Sectors, wider M&BD leadership team and the firm's management partners, to drive change and deliver on client priorities on a global basis. The Senior CRM Manager will have ownership of a number of projects, including those relating to the client experience, the development of the firm's priority clients across the business and the development of a client feedback programme. You will also provide key account management leadership on a number of priority client accounts. Working with lead partners, as well as directly with clients, you will be expected to develop and implement ambitious client plans that set out how the firm will grow the relationship. This will include working with partners and associates aligned to help them build best-in-class client teams and coaching and developing members of the M&BD team on how to develop key client relationships and provide strategic account management support.
You will need to have a strong academic background, allied to extensive senior CRM experience gained in a professional services or consultancy environment. The Senior CRM Manager will require outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively both internally and externally promoting best practice and delivering an outstanding client service yourself. Strong project management skills and excellent leadership skills including the ability to inspire confidence and to lead a team in a high pressure environment with a focus on results are essential.
