Senior Customer Analyst - 6 month fixed term contract
Skipton Principle Office, The Bailey
Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1AP
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: Dependent on Experience
If you’re curious by nature and have a genuine interest in data, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a Customer Analyst to join our small, friendly team and play a vital role in shaping our product and marketing plans. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of data sources and who can take complex information and turn it into language everyone will understand.
Prepare to immerse yourself in a world of data that extends across our full range of marketing channels and covers our entire range of products, from savings and mortgages to financial advice and insurance.
On a typical day you’ll be modelling, identifying, extracting and analysing customer data, then producing information based on your findings that will influence key decisions.
Business areas will be relying on your modelling and analysis skills to produce information that’s accurate, reliable and relevant and trusting you to make sure it’s cascaded in the right way.
We’re looking for someone who’s good with analysis and understands people too. You’ll either hold a numerate degree or have qualified by experience. You’ll need to be familiar with statistics, have a good understanding of Excel, experience of using SQL and have the ability to explain complex analysis in layman’s terms.
You’ll need to have proven data analysis abilities and be used to handling large volumes of information. You’ll also need meticulous attention to detail, be highly motivated, organised and, if you know about financial services that would be a bonus too.
