My client - an extremely successful and fast growing challenger brand in the credit card space - is seeking to make a senior hire in their customer marketing team. This individual will lead the entire portfolio of cobranded cards, delivering the E2E existing cardmember marketing strategy whilst managing a high performing team.
The company has experienced super fast growth. Over the last three years, the business has grown from 50 people to 300, and outgrown two offices. They have ambitions to float in the next 2 - 3 years, which means there's stacks of opportunity for accelerated career progression.
This role takes end-to-end ownership for specific initiatives to deliver on the commercial, strategic and regulatory agendas through effective stakeholder management across the wider business. You'll work with external partners and internal teams to ensure business goals are understood and wrapped in appropriate governance; subsequently contribute to high quality delivery on time and within budgets.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable business experience, ideally in a debt, or other financial services product. Due to engagement with multiple senior-level stakeholders, it will be crucial that you can demonstrate your previous experience influencing and persuading at the top level. If you have experience working with Salesforce, it would be highly advantageous, although not a pre-requisite.
