This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced market research professional to further their career within a high profile organisation.
Leading a team, the senior research manager will act as a champion for the customer, planning and executing quantitative and qualitative research projects, utilising a panel of agencies as appropriate. You will use this information to influence key stakeholders across the business to help shape future customer experience, propositions and brand development strategy by presenting insightful recommendations in a clear and informative way.
You will have proven research experience at a leadership level, gained within consumer focused environments such as retail, telecommunications, financial services or leisure/travel. You will have experience of utilising research data to form insight and influence stakeholders at all levels.
