Job Description: As Group Account Director you will be responsible for keeping great client relationships and the overall smooth running and growth of those relationships. You will be working with mostly FMCG brands and will work on new business and pitches for new clients. You will be responsible for managing up to 4 people in the client services team including delegating day-to-day tasks, you will report directly to the MD.
What We're Looking For: As the ideal candidate, you will need to have been in a similar role and have a proven track record within a within an agency and ideally FMCG or retail clients. You must have a great understanding of the digital and social industry and have the ability to plan and manage projects. It is important that this person is a natural manager and can communicate well with people and make important decisions. It is also important to be a strong planner to ensure that your work is done to agreed timescales.
