Senior Digital and Marketing Executive (CRM) 

our client - an Australian Digital Marketing services company. They provide marketing technology as well as agency services that enable clients to take their direct marketing to the next level. Their cloud marketing software platform enables multi-channel digital marketing engagement including email, app push, web push, SMS and in session messaging across mobile and desktop. Their digital marketing team ensures our clients get the most out of the platform, help clients run and optimise campaigns or even become our clients’ fully outsourced direct digital marketing team. 

Their European office is based in London. Thei are small and boutique but our clients are well known international brands. They don’t do bureaucracy and they empower people to make decisions and take on responsibility. You will have exposure to the management team and give input to their strategy. Position: Senior Digital and CRM Marketing Executive 
Location: Holborn, London 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

About the role: 

As the Senior Digital & CRM Executive you will be leading a small team in setting up and running multi-channel 1to1 customer marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients and you will be instrumental in helping them to drive engagement within their target audiences. You have solid technical marketing knowledge but also have proven experience of managing clients. You can build strong working relationships, are not afraid of pushing back but ultimately are always focussed on understanding and exceeding your client’s expectations. As a technical leader you set the standard the team need to perform to and invest time to develop and coach your people. 

You will have a good understanding of analytics and insights from CRM data to shape the CRM strategy with a particular focus on what content drives the best engagement and response amongst different target audiences and channels. You will also have strong project management skills in planning, developing and delivering targeted lifecycle campaigns that drive both acquisition, engagement and reactivation targets. 

About you: 

- 4+ years’ experience of direct and digital marketing including solid knowledge of CRM and email systems. 
- Previous experience of marketing agency or a client facing role. 
- Experience of designing and implementing digital marketing plans. 
- Good understanding of Digital marketing technology and performance marketing. 
- Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and insight to drive constant improvement. 
- Some experience of managing a small team. 
- Highly organised and a self-starter. 
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. 

Highly Desirable: 

- Digital marketing experience in targeting, segmentation, customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies. 
- Awareness of how different marketing platforms integrate with one another and how data flows between them. 

You may have experience of the following: CRM Executive, Direct Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Senior CRM Executive, Senior Direct Marketing Executive, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, CRM Marketing, Database Marketing, CRM Assistant, Email Marketing, Direct Marketing, CRM Administrator, etc.
