About the role
You’ll be responsible for producing and managing your own performance marketing plans for our General Insurance products, which includes; planning, producing, implementing, delivering, analysing and reporting on digital marketing activities, across a variety of digital marketing channels such as; affiliate marketing, social media, email, display and video marketing as well as emerging digital channels.
You’ll have a keen eye on what’s driving the market – emerging trends, competitor activity as well as identification of key risks and opportunities. A key element of this role is analysing campaign results and in turn trying to find ways of improving marketing effectiveness, therefore working in collaboration with our marketing agencies and internal operational stakeholders to clearly articulate findings to a technical and non-technical audience.
The successful candidate will act as a representative at weekly meetings with product areas and Marketing team to understand the performance of the business. You will also liaise with our marketing agencies, building relationships and managing their accounts.
Naturally, you’ll have a keen interest in all things digital and marketing, and the internet’s role in the promotion and distribution of products. You’ll have a relevant professional marketing qualification and/or relevant experience in planning, delivering and analysing digital and marketing campaigns, across a mixture of channels.
Your campaign plans and post-campaign reports are informative, effective and influential. You’re confident presenting to external partners and internal stakeholders and thrive on the opportunity to put your confidence, credibility and tenacity to good use, in order to effectively drive digital channel growth. Ideally, you have previous financial experience and an awareness of the General Insurance Market. Previous knowledge of Email marketing platforms, Facebook Ads Manager AdWords and Google Analytics would be beneficial. If you have any knowledge of financial services marketing, specifically marketing of General Insurance products, then this would be seen as advantageous.
