DESCRIPTION

Experienced digital marketer sought to plan and build digital campaigns and programs in support of a group of Amazon Web Services (AWS) enterprise customers.

In this role, you will own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of digital campaigns for an industry vertical. The person in this role will have responsibility for creating processes to grow and nurture our database, delivering customer communications through the right channel at the right time, and improving engagement rates to meet team goals. This person will be empowered to champion new ideas, execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to both design and execute multi-channel digital programs that drive business results. They have experience working with sales to deliver quality leads and craft lead follow-up strategies. They possess a strong understanding of best practices across digital channels and technologies and are eager to own best practices for campaigns development, hands-on implementation, project management, and data analysis. They work well in a fast-paced environment.

This role is located in Seattle and willing to consider San Francisco. Relocation assistance within the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for day-to-day management of digital including asset management, project management, build, QA, deployment, and reporting
· Works closely with account marketers and sales teams to understand priorities and customer needs
· Builds digital strategy and implements plan from start to finish for entire industry vertical
· Builds templates for digital assets and processes including campaigns, webinars, demand generation, and nurture programs
· Drives targeting and customer segmentation, personalizing by customer and industry when possible
· Makes recommendations to more effectively engage customers and improve their experience through digital channels (e.g. content, cadence, frequency, etc)
· Builds strong relationships across a global team to ensure achievement of business objectives
· Seeks opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency; coordinates across teams to implement
· Contributes and influences the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against business objectives and strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years in B2B , focusing heavily on digital marketing
· 3+ years in a demand generation and lead nurturing role in support of a sales organization
· Expertise with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce)
· Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel digital campaigns
· Bachelor Degree in economics, business, engineering and/or relevant field of study

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Marketo Certified Expert
· 1+ years in a Digital Account-Based role
· Strong quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in high-tech products/services
· Experience with the telecommunications industry
· Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe CQ, Velocity script, HTML, and CSS
· Understanding of buyer journey and lead flow process
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
· Passion for discovering
