Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Are you an all-around digital marketing specialist? Do you want to use your expertise to help make a difference to the lives of seriously ill children across the UK? Then look no further! Our client is currently recruiting for 2 x Senior Marketing Executive roles for Fixed Term 12 month period to support team through a busy period.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

This role will create and deliver digital plans across all of their public-facing channels: web, email, paid and organic social and search. You’ll be confident and able to hit the ground running with a foundation of good knowledge and expertise in all digital areas.

It is a hands-on, analytical role, managing the day-to-day planning and implementation of their digital marketing, with an audience-led, digital-first approach. This role is integral to ensuring they deliver integrated, innovative and impactful digital marketing, across all their digital channels that support their fundraising and brand activity.

About the team:

Sitting within the Brand Marketing department, the Digital Engagement teams are digital experts working across the organisation. They manage websites, PPC and SEO, social media, email marketing, digital content and analytics. Each person has a different area of specialism, from film production to social media, data insight to email marketing.

Their ways of working are based on partnership-working and collaboration, with one team member taking on the role of Digital Lead to execute a full digital campaign for fundraising activity. This approach makes all of their work truly multichannel and enables team members to develop their skills across different disciplines of digital.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive Requirements:

You’ll be a great team player able to work closely with colleagues across the team and the wider charity. You will have good communication and stakeholder management skills, which will allow you to deliver successful digital plans, and with the use of analytics, and best practice, you will provide new and insightful ideas.

You should be flexible, with a can-do attitude and have excellent attention to detail. Be able to prioritise workload, whilst managing multiple campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven ability in successfully creating and delivering integrated digital campaigns, and be able to carry out mid-campaign reviews, and adapt campaigns in order to achieve targets.
• Experience in writing audience-led content across the web, social and email.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A real passion for all things digital and be able to share any new innovative ideas.
• The ability to use data, analytics, and insight to form decisions.
