Key responsibilities:

Each member
of the team is a specialist aligned to one or more scrum teams who are
developing digital experiences using agile methodologies. You will work as part
of a best in class optimisation team which is focused on improving KPIs and
customer experience across the digital estate.

The role of
the Senior Digital Optimisation Analyst is to own the end-to-end process of
optimisation for these specific business areas.

You will
pro-actively search for improvement opportunities using data and insight,
articulate hypotheses for improvement, run and monitor testing, and drive
roll-out through the development teams.

Key requirements:

of digital optimisation and experimentation (AB and MV testing) tools and
process (preferably Optimizely X both web experiments and full stack server
side testing)

hypotheses generation and experiment management experience

analytics experience, preferably Adobe Analytics

and CSS skills would be a major advantage

insight & analytics

Excel and PowerPoint

numerate skills

acumen & strategic thinking


visualisation and presentation

cause analysis

The ideal candidate:

Someone who is naturally inquisitive and passionate about solving
problems, you will do your best to find ways to make the customer experience
best in class. You are integral to the business area you support, and will be
involved and in tune with the direction and day-to-day workings of it. You will
understand how to encourage everyone to work towards improving global KPIs and
work with other optimisation analysts to share knowledge and ensure our best in
class optimisation function is maintained.

The team are the go-to people for everything optimisation and
experimentation, and therefore you will strive to be an expert and keep up to
date with industry developments. You are a champion of experimentation and are pro-active,
taking responsibility for driving improvements and building a true culture of
