Senior Digital Propositions Manager (Savings & Retirement)

*Please note, we are flexible on where this role is based, however regular travel to London and Norwich would be required

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Digital Workplace, Saving & Retirement (WSR) Propositions and working closely with UK BU teams across Savings & Retirement and Workplace teams you will deliver innovative and strategic D2C digital pension solutions that lead to an increase in consolidation, engagements direct sales, multi-product holding (cross-sell), registration and customer engagement and retention as well as optimise the Prop 2.0 process for UKD. Your responsibilities will include:

* Management of the digital Savings & Retirement Roadmap alongside Digital POs running their Backlogs.
* A specific focus on MyRetirement (within MyPension), retirement modelling tools, retirement upgrade journeys and OIS development.
* Driving and supporting innovation within Aviva Digital and UK Insurance with successful launch/transition of new journeys into the UKI business
* Challenging and optimising new and existing customer propositions.
* Delivering successful take up of the propositions and positive customer feedback
* Supporting the development of innovative variations through alternative platforms e.g. the App, Alexa, Ava, Pension Dashboard.
* Managing Risk and Compliance considerations within a structure that supports the ‘simple and engaging’ MyPension/MyRetirement customer ambition.
* Leading regular ongoing customer test and learn design initiatives, and utilise this approach to drive the roadmap.
* Working with UKD teams and MBU Propositions teams to deliver the commercial benefits of our agreed True Customer Composite and digital first strategic anchors.

About You

To be our next Senior Digital Propositions Manager you will:

* Have significant B2C experience with proven expertise in understanding of the customer and developing customer led propositions at a senior level
* Have previous experience of pensions/retirement and savings markets.
* Be competent with digital channels/ propositions.
* Be able to work in and lead virtual teams with good experience of facilitation of proposition development workshops.
* Have a working understanding of customer research and how to identify target bull’s-eye segments and generate insights based on human needs.
* Experience in customer experience (CX) improvement would be advantageous
