Senior Digital Technology Manager

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £60,000, depending on experience
This is an exciting time to join Skipton Building Society
and lead the strategic roadmap for our marketing technology stack and change
agenda. You’ll implement technical solutions, manage ongoing change and have a
vision for future enhancements in order to support our corporate plan.
You’ll use your technical knowledge to lead the
implementation of our personalisation strategy; ensuring relevant teams across
the Society are involved at the right time in order to deliver agreed requirements
and drive continual improvements.
Having ownership of the technical strategy for our marketing
technology stack means you’ll have the flexibility to deliver the required
change agenda in a way that works for you. This role will be pivotal in
improving our customer journey by personalising the experience our customers
have when interacting with us across our marketing channels.
You’ll also develop and maintain any associated Campaign
Management tools to ensure we can deliver a structured but flexible Contact
Strategy, aligning your approach to our marketing and strategic priorities.
Being an expert in SQL, you’ll support the Customer Insight
team in delivering true customer analytics. You’ll anticipate and avoid
problems with data, segmentation and platform performance and also troubleshoot
technical issues if they occur.
To achieve all of the above, you’ll work closely with a
range of teams including Products, Distribution and the wider Marketing
function to ensure delivery of overall strategy as well as day to day analytics
and management of supplier relationships.

We’re looking for someone who has a comprehensive
understanding of data management platforms and marketing technologies, ideally
Adobe. This is a fast-paced role so you’ll enjoy getting stuck in, getting
things done and making effective decisions.
technical knowledge is important, your people skills will be equally as
valuable in this role. You’ll support our positive, customer-focused culture by
