Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Technology Manager to join our growing Customer Strategy and Planning team.

You’ll take responsibility for the overall strategic marketing technology plan, making sure it’s aligned to Skipton’s wider commercial objectives. This role will be pivotal in improving our customer journey by personalising the experience customers’ have when they interact with us across our marketing channels.

You’ll also own the SQL and technical solution and be responsible for the rollout of new releases in addition to a complex change agenda.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll need technical and organisational skills to deliver change, as well as the people skills it takes to lead a team and build meaningful relationships across the business. An essential requirement for the role is experience using Adobe marketing technology stack, as comprehensive understanding of data management platforms and their application will be key.

The environment is fast paced so you’ll also need to be comfortable with getting things done quickly and be a capable decision maker.

Financial Services experience is not essential and we welcome applications from a variety of industry sectors. We are also happy to consider a re-location package for any suitably qualified applicants.
