The Senior Country eCommerce Marketing Manager Opportunity:
The Senior Country Manager (SCM) is responsible for achieving the revenue and customer acquisition targets for Sweden. The SCM will maximise ROI across all Swedish marketing channels both online and offline, proving the business with expert knowledge of their market and customer base, and effectively manage the execution of the Swedish marketing strategy in order to meet the company objectives.
The SCM is responsible for the management, performance and development of the Swedish Marketing Team. The SCM will support their direct reports in executing and prioritising actions for their country, to ensure the best possible performance in their market.
What will your day to day involve?
+ Develop and continuously improve Swedish marketing strategy in line with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives
+ Co-ordinate marketing campaign plan for Sweden, ensuring successful execution and maximum ROI
+ Manage monthly marketing spend in line with budget
+ Innovate and implement marketing campaigns in order to maximise new customer acquisition, customer retention and hit country growth targets
+ Provide the marketing team with expert knowledge of the Swedish customer base and sports nutrition market
+ Create and present reports on the Swedish sales performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all channels
+ In-depth analysis of performance results and ROI in order to inform continuous improvement of marketing strategy and future campaigns
+ Manage the relationship between the brand and Swedish social media influencers and sponsorships
+ Lead identification of new influencers for the Swedish market in order to maximise new customer acquisition and brand awareness
+ Manage, coach and develop Swedish marketing team
+ Work closely with the larger marketing team (in particular Heads of Acquisition, CRM/Retention, Brand and eCommerce ) to ensure direct reports have the appropriate resources and support to achieve targets and meet execution expectations
What are we looking for?
+ Significant experience of e-commerce marketing for a Swedish market, including PPC, SEO, social media and online content
+ Previous P&L management experience
+ Ability to add value at a strategic level
+ Experience in managing and coaching a team
+ Degree level education (ideally in a marketing discipline)
+ Strong analytical and project management skills
+ Confident, resourceful and creative, with proven track record of innovation
+ Personal interest in sport, nutrition and fitness
