Senior Editor and Content Manager, Central London - A new and unique opportunity for a senior editor to join a thriving ecommerce business with an ever growing portfolio of well-known brands that are loved by the consumer. Managing an internal team, you will work in collaboration with the marketing, comms, PR and CRM teams to drive the editorial strategy for the business from a newsworthy angle, based on strong product and vertical understanding.
It will be your responsibility to deliver the day to day implementation of the content strategy, ensuring that all content is of an impeccable standard, an authoritative tone, and that it conveys the right brand voice and personality to the target audience.
The role would suit an intellectually capable individual from a journalistic background as well as previous experience working for an on-line business, ideally within financial services, insurance, or similar. You will need to have a strong track record of delivering a highly engaging and creative content strategy across multiple channels as well as being someone able to identify and act on relevant newsworthy events the moment they happen.
