You will be part of the Digital Workplace servicing tools team focused on ensuring our servicing channels are meeting the needs of our support engineers. This role will also be part of our preemptive healing initiative where we will strive to reduce impact to our internal colleagues though automation and notification platforms. This is a very exciting role as we start down the path of building something cutting edge and impactful to the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Taking your place as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices
Writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation
Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies
Function as an active member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices
Participate in code reviews and automated testing
Debug basic software components and identify code defects for remediation

5+ years of hands-on cloud-native software engineering experience
Experience with common programming languages such as Java
Full stack experience and knowledge a plus
Experience with NoSQL DBs a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Collaboration & Teamwork
Comfort in challenging the status quo
