Senior European Insight & Innovation Planner – Global FMCG

Exceptional candidate needed for this rare and truly challenging strategic insight & planning role with a remit to guide this global leader and innovator in the drinks industry into the next generation of growth opportunities. With responsibility for seeking out early innovation start points based on deep consumer, cultural and category insight, your challenge will be to shape insight into compelling brand concepts, and then influence key stakeholders across the business in understanding opportunity areas and how they can be leveraged to drive real, incremental growth.
Using cutting edge qual & quant techniques to identify and verify consumer trends, culture, issues and behaviour, you will ensure the innovation pipeline is grounded in clear, rigorous, creative and commercial thinking, taking into account differences in markets across Europe. Ideally, you will have some understanding of the nuances and complexities of consumer behaviour in the on and off trade; identifying relevant opportunity areas and development/launch priorities in what is a very dynamic, fast-paced operating culture.
