We are growing from the success and hard work of our amazing event team. We now need a new Project Manager like you: the juggler – capable to manage 6 to 8 large corporate events consisting of Roadshows, Sporting Events, Major Sponsorships, Exhibitions and Conferences. 

BASIC SALARY: £32,000 to £38,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Project Event Manager / Event Manager / Project Manager - Events

You'll lead a series of key events and projects throughout the calendar year. Managing and training the rest of the team to ensure continuous high service levels are achieved for our prestigious clients and their customers.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Project Event Manager will be:

  • Full Project Management of various events from development stage, planning and design with the team and then overseeing on-site delivery.
  • Proposal writing, budget control and sourcing suppliers and venues.
  • Managing the relationship client side, building the relationship and maintaining communication links for all projects.
  • Adding your creative input and new ideas to meet and enhance the event brief.
  • Remain up to date on new event concepts and market trends and grow your venue and supplier knowledge.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Senior Project Event Manager / Event Manager / Project Manager - Events

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrate previous event management experience for live corporate events, agency side, for the following types of events; conference productions, roadshows, award ceremonies, exhibitions, sporting events, new product launches, track days and major sponsorships events. 
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Be creative and have a good understanding of design and event experience.
  • Be highly organised and with the ability to multi-task and lead a team in a demanding situation.
  • Hold a UK driver’s licence.
