Great opportunity for an experienced, senior events executive to work on international events for this global law firm! In this fixed term, maternity cover contract, work with marketing teams and partners for the firm’s core practices/sectors, covering about seventy client-led events per year along with three project led campaigns, plus internal events too. With end to end involvement in event operations/logistics, this Senior Event Executive contract will include you attending and organising various business events, lunches and dinners at one of the firm’s biggest international events, set in a glamourous international location! As well as pre event analysis and post event feedback, you'll also have budget responsibilities and have regular meetings with partners who'll be keen to understand your creative approach to the whole event program (overall you'll be working on about a hundred events across the year) and insight re key city venues. Knowledge of corporate events is essential, whilst any additional experience of legal or professional services events is advantageous; plus you must be able to start at fairly short notice.
