Our client are a leading online shoe brand, who are on a mission to turn into the leading and most influential shoe brand in the world. They have created the shoes around barefoot technology, meaning a healthy natural movement which is based on sensory feedback from the feet to the brain and is the best anti-ageing programme known to humans!

They are now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be managing a team of 3 alongside overseeing freelancers and reporting directly into the Marketing Director.

Overview:

  • You should have 6+ year's experience in a design department
  • Worked on integrated campaigns brand or agency side, have a strong focus on digital channels
  • Making sure the work produced internally is on brand, arresting, intuitive, intelligent and drives reputation as well as sales
  • Understanding of email design, responsive web and social channels
  • Responsible for building and evolving brand identity; acting as the in-house brand guardian
  • Enjoy rolling you sleeves up to make stuff happen
  • Know how to prioritise, manage up and down and ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest quality
  • Enjoy training up junior creatives
  • Working closely with agency creative teams/freelance creatives and stakeholders within the business

Core responsibilities:

  • Design evolution of brand and campaign concepts
  • Digital and print asset creative for campaigns
  • Social media engagement ideas and execution
  • Packaging of products and product assets
  • Customer marketing (flyers, in-store barkers, posters, trade press ads and store window communications)
  • Agreeing creative work-flow against company goals in partnership with Marketing Director

Person profile and skills:

  • Design related degree, or commercial design experience
  • Digital marketing design experience
  • Great knowledge of Adobe CC
  • Lots of creativity
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for all things creative
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
