Senior Insight Analyst

In this Senior Analyst role you will be working for an integrated agency who deliver all research, campaigns, media planning & buying creative, website management and database marketing for this global automotive manufacturer.
This role offers anyone looking to shape a career in analytics the chance to diversify their skills working with multiple data sources, learn new technologies (such as R) and to drive the use of analytics to improve customer understanding and in turn targeted and personlised programmatic marketing campaigns.
You will be working as part of a special team of Analysts who have been brought together to provide strategic direction to the client digital marketing team, through the delivery of campaign insights. More specifically, the client have combined their SCV database with external lifestyle data, and the team is tasked with identifying data which can be matched with cookie tags for programmatic marketing. So you will generate insight, identify segments, match those in a live ramp environment, in order to feed through to Facebook (for example) - in turn you will then create lookalikes in online audiences, to find similar profiles for further targeted programmatic marketing campaigns. Off the back of this you will analyse campaign performance and close the loop through providing insights to improve CRM marketing.
You will need a background in bridging the gap between on and offline data in order to enable smarter and more targeted digital campaigns. You should also have technical skills in propensity modelling as well as customer profiling in order to generate lookalikes.
