We are now recruiting for a Senior Insight Executive on a permanent basis to work within our Insight team to take responsibility for the assessment of current customer performance, competitor analysis and the creation of future customer centric plans.
What you will be doing:
You will be required to manage and deliver market insight within AXA PPP healthcare and their subsidiaries and help to provide a strategic view of the market/competitors and provide support in achieving the business' Ambition 2020 Objectives.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
To effectively support the Senior Customer Insight Manager to research and integrate all available information sources to create strategic insight into AXA’s current market performance and future market opportunities for Health Customers. This insight will include recommendations for strategy and proposition development.
To support the Senior Customer Insight Manager to design and implement the competitor insight programme and to work with internal customers to identify and understand their insight requirements (secondary research) in support of their decision making, and to coach, educate, influence and challenge internal assumptions and thought processes where necessary to ensure appropriate application of the insight provided and drive decision making within the business.
As required, to support the Senior Customer Insight Manager to initiate, design and implement strategic customer insight studies, including associated KPIs:- agree brief with stakeholders, manage agency tender process, where necessary, then handle agency, coordinating sample, fieldwork and delivery of findings, incorporate an integrated view and develop recommendations and present to key decision makers
To develop and deliver ad-hoc and regular outputs in support of all customer sectors relevant to AXA, and associated planning, through the identification, sourcing, analysis, interpretation and communication of relevant insight in order to facilitate decision making.
To support the Head of Insight and the Customer Insight team in delivering high quality competitor and customer insight to AXA. Effective interaction with and support of larger team helping to bring a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
To monitor and report on expenditure against budget and projects against plan milestones, ensuring project management documentation is up to date, and submitted to Manager
To manage information to ensure it is properly categorised and stored, is of high quality and adheres to Data Protection legislation
The ideal candidate will have:
Degree level education,
Significant experience of managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects
Experience of managing Research projects
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience of general insurance market place and particularly commercial customers is desirable
