We are looking for a talented The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to work within the marketing team responsible for generating awareness and interest in a new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) program in Europe. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a profitable package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. You will be responsible for developing a content strategy and impactful content across the EU markets that attract aspiring entrepreneurs to join the DSP program. The ideal candidate has a proven history of achievement in marketing strategy, marketing assets and content development, and a solid background in lead generation and nurture programs. You also have proven experience handling priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, solid project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit. As a leader you will raise the bar and be a role model for two direct reports.

A skilled candidate will be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. You will be comfortable influencing various functional teams and people at all levels of the organization and possess a high level of autonomy and integrity. A suitable candidate will be highly creative, resourceful, customer focused and have a proven experience in taking on end-to-end ownership and effectively delivering results in an ever-growing and progressive business environment.

Location flexible across the main Amazon EU offices.

Responsibilities:
· Own the end to end communication strategy to generate leads and nurture leads along the recruiting funnel
· Drive program awareness and brand building through innovative and effective marketing programs, online marketing campaigns, promotions, etc.
· Identify and set up mechanisms for gathering market and customer data and insights to inform acquisition marketing strategies across the EU
· Ensure consistency of communication where target audiences experience multiple touches throughout the journey
· Implement plans through project management leadership across a wide range of stakeholders, leveraging existing materials, campaigns and resources or inventing new ways to generate leads
· Provide leadership to direct reports

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university e.g. marketing related field
· 7-10 years of progressively complex experience
· Knowledge of market research & testing techniques with proven experience in developing market strategies
· Hands-on experience developing and implementing on budget integrated marketing campaigns with expert knowledge of social media and digital
· A creative mind, with proven experience developing impactful marketing communication and assets
· Ability to work with no supervision with the ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
· Project management skills and experience running large scope projects with cross-functional teams that demonstrate confidence in handling change
· Solid oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
· Leadership experience through direct reports or proven team leadership
· Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and fast moving environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (specifically Salesforce)
· Fluency in other EU languages or previous work experience in the EU
· Willingness to travel as per business need
