My client, an extremely successful and fast growing fintech with an impressive portfolio in cards and payments. Over the last three years, the company has grown from 50 people to 300, and outgrown two offices. Through their rapid growth, the business has developed and promoted countless individuals, and they have an agenda to float over the next few years.

The business is seeking an experienced senior manager, who'll play a lead role in setting and delivering their product roadmap over the next few years. This role reports directly in to the head of product.

As a leading member of the product and proposition team, you will be tasked with covering the full spectrum of scoping, design, build and review. You'll work on optimising customer experience, delivering optimal solutions for the end user. In addition, you'll own contactless and payments strategy including PSD2 solutions.

This role also plays a very key role in launching a brand new proposition out in the market - the successful incumbent will be tasked with both product development and deployment.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable business experience, ideally in a debt, payment, or other financial services product. Due to engagement with multiple senior-level stakeholders, it will be crucial that you can demonstrate your previous experience influencing and persuading at the top level.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to have a significant impact on one of the fastest growing and most exciting financial services businesses in the UK. The company have a track record of hiring exceptional talent, and enabling good people to develop quickly. They have a forward-thinking, progressive culture of commerciality combined with creativity, which in turn creates a challenging and really enjoyable and exciting working environment.
