A leading global law firm is looking for a Marketing and BD Manager - Litigation, Arbitration and Employment, to work within a well-established global Marketing & BD team dedicated to supporting the firm on a wide range of business development, marketing and client relationship management activities.
The Marketing & BD Manager will be integral in helping to drive forward the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group strategy, with a specific focus on the Investigations, White Collar and Fraud and International Arbitration practice areas. You will be tasked with ensuring the firm maximises opportunities to grow revenues from existing and prospective clients and raising the firm's profile and position within key markets. You will work in conjunction with the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager, Litigation and Arbitration practice partners, sector groups and other members of the team, to develop and implement M&BD plans, in line with their business plans and objectives. This will involve ensuring a structured approach to targeting and client development, pitching, profile raising and marketing campaigns on a global basis. In addition, you and the team will act as "account managers", co-ordinating activities with the central marketing communications functions to ensure prompt, seamless service delivery in areas such as analysis, publications and event organisation.
Pre-requisites for this role include an outstanding academic record allied to proven business development experience gained in a leading law or professional services firm to include previous line management experience. Litigation, Arbitration and Employment experience would be helpful but it is by no means essential.
