Measuring and optimising the effectiveness of this global leader’s massive marketing spend within one of its key geographies, is the challenge of this exciting new role within a dynamic new Head Office team. We’re looking for someone who can use their skills to truly increase the impact of our client’s investment in A&P across all media channels and types. Supported in this role by the company’s cutting edge marketing effectiveness analytical platform, and working with key external partners, you will be the leading functional specialist in the region, responsible for driving the marketing effectiveness agenda, delivering the region’s marketing financial performance target and building capability/training for the wider marketing population in different countries; the goal being to ensure people apply marketing effectiveness principles to every A&P investment decision.

This is a complex role requiring advanced problem solving and influencing skills with the ability to drive common solutions across up to 10 different markets. It requires specific functional skills in marketing measurement, evaluation and forecasting, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts to less informed audiences. Whilst you will be closely supported by a senior colleague, you will be need to be hands-on and proactive in your approach, applying good judgment at pace.
