Our client is looking for Senior Marketing Executive with strong digital marketing experience. This role is solely focused on the International & Private Care Service for the hospital. The role will focus on the Middle East, with an opportunity to work across multiple international markets, contributing to building the global brand.

You will be a part of a small but ambitious Marketing team and line managing an Arabic speaking Marketing Assistant. Although working for the hospital, the Marketing team sits within the Charity, with an opportunity to interact with teams across both organisations, as well as engage with different cultures across the globe.

Senior Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing a relevant and engaging content strategy across online and offline I&PC channels
• Managing and optimising the I&PC website and social media channels for the MiddIe East, working with the Marketing Manager and the digital marketing and communications agency.
• Efficiently line manage the I &PC Marketing Assistant, supporting them to meet their objectives and develop within their role
• Manage day-to-day relations with the digitaI marketing and communication agency for the Middle East.
• Oversee the development of internal and externaI newsletters to key stakeholders, supporting the Marketing Assistant in creating them, reporting, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Work with and support the Webinar Steering Group to run monthly clinical webinars, including managing marketing plans.

Senior Marketing Executive Requirements:

• Strong marketing experience, including at least three years of Digital Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to forge relationships with people across all levels of the organisation and across different countries.
• Able to work well as part of a team, both within the I&PC Marketing team and across the organisation
• Excellent editing and proofing skills
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Experience managing websites, including using DrupaI or similar CMS and Google Analytics
• Experience organising events
• Experience managing externaI agencies or working within the agency
• Able to learn new, technicaI skills quickly
