Senior Marketing Manager, International Support

Salary: £37,800 - £51,000
We need an inspiring and proactive senior marketer with excellent communication and management skills to lead the Cambridge Assessment English International Marketing Support team in our global head office. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective systems and processes to integrate our global marketing planning activity and to support in-country marketing teams to reach our customers. The role includes promoting good practice and coordinating activities in different regions, as well as managing the distribution of centrally produced printed materials and promotional items to regional teams and exam centres.
An important part of the role is to provide day to day liaison between head office and marketing teams around the world, seeking out opportunities for joint initiatives and reducing duplication. You will have a global view or our marketing plans and activities and provide input into marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the Global Head of Marketing and the senior management team within the Business and Marketing team to ensure the team operates as effectively as possible.
We are looking for someone with strong marketing expertise and proven management experience in an international marketing environment. Excellent communication skills as well as initiative, meticulous attention to detail and the drive to see projects through to completion. You will have experience of analysing data and producing reports and working to deadlines. The ability to work independently, and as part of a team, in a demanding, fast-paced environment is essential.
Educated to degree level or equivalent. An additional marketing-related qualification is desirable.
